1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using TrafficSigns (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

The App provides educational content about Polish road signs and related learning features (including quizzes and progress tracking). The App is intended for general information and study purposes only.

3. Not professional or legal advice

Content in the App is for educational purposes. It does not replace official traffic regulations, driving school materials, or legal advice. Always rely on current official sources and qualified instructors for real-world driving and legal compliance.

4. Eligibility

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your place of residence. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• Certain features may require a paid subscription (“Premium”).
• Payments are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refund requests are handled according to Apple’s policies, not by us directly.

6. License to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and the App Store rules.

You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the App except as allowed by applicable law; use the App to build a competing product; or misuse the App in any unlawful way.
